Senior SRF Scheduler

BHP is seeking a highly skilled Senior SRF Scheduler to join our Technical Services team. As a key member of our Short Term Planning team, you will play a critical role in developing safe and efficient mine schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of technical personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality mine plans and schedules.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver key design objectives.
- Monitor and track operational execution against mine plans, identifying and communicating risks to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide production, planning, and scheduling engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of mine plans.
- Effectively communicate planning outputs to internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Mine Engineering or a related discipline, with 5+ years of mining engineering/technical experience. You will also have a strong working knowledge of Deswik and/or Vulcan, SPRY (or equivalent) scheduling software, and experience in opencut mining, with drill and blast, mine planning, and scheduling exposure.
