About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for creating and managing complex schedules that encompass timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple work streams. You will work closely with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource utilization throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and oversee detailed schedules that ensure smooth coordination of program activities and resources.
  • Engage with project managers, team leads, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of project schedules with program goals and objectives.
  • Optimise resource allocation by proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Set up and continuously improve scheduling tools and frameworks using platforms like Microsoft Azure DevOps and SharePoint Jira.
