Job Title: Scheduler / APM

We are seeking a skilled Scheduler / APM to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for providing scheduling services across diverse Building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programs to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to clients.
  • Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
  • Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
  • Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
