Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduler to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing scheduling services across diverse building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractors' programs to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Prepare progress update reports highlighting key schedule risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
  • Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
  • Arrange meetings with client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
