About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scheduling Manager to join our team at Kincare. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for leading a team of schedulers and supporting the national approach for Service Delivery to the required standard of KinCare policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Scheduling team to meet required business KPIs and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager - Service Delivery and Customer Care leadership team to drive a healthy team culture and foster continuous improvement.
  • Actively drive efficiency enhancements for forecasting, scheduling, or capacity planning processes.
  • Ensure all cases are actioned within KPI timelines across the Scheduling team.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a management role within Scheduling, with a proven track record of leading remote teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others, working towards team objectives and KPIs.
  • Ability to think and operate strategically, driving initiatives towards customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to have difficult conversations and resolve conflict.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships, including working within a multidisciplinary team.
