Project Scheduler Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing scheduling services across diverse building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractors' programs to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare progress update reports highlighting key schedule risks and opportunities for clients.
- Recommend corrective actions and create acceleration programs for major delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
- Coordinate with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project.
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects.
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
