Location Flexibility

  • Work can be completed remotely from any location within Australia.
  • A presence on the East Coast is beneficial, particularly with a better understanding of NSW, VIC, and QLD, as well as consideration of time differences.

About the Role

We seek an experienced Senior Proposal Development Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves contributing to the writing requirements of Altius Group's tender application process and producing engaging final presentations.

This position requires delivering exceptional written content and proposal development across our national business to promote the company and our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the tendering team to coordinate submissions to a high standard within strict timeframes.
  • Write, edit, review, and proofread submissions.
  • Sourcing and creating marketing materials to support submissions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and support submission.
  • Assisting in developing strategies to improve the company's win ratio.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Allied Health or a related industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • An understanding and experience of AI applications.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including blending technical, persuasive, and creative writing techniques as needed.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities to meet submission timelines.
  • Work experience in corporate health is highly regarded.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
