Just Digital People is an innovative research and development consulting business with offices across the east coast of Australia. Their team collaborates with clients to design, manufacture, and develop cutting-edge products that improve daily lives.

The role we're looking for is a Senior Product Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on identifying business opportunities and securing clients to develop innovative products from concept to production.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply your relevant experience in design and manufacturing to bring on new business leads
  • Represent the company, meeting with clients and discussing their services and value offering
  • Closing deals and ensuring the company meets its revenue goals
  • Developing sales proposals
  • Executing sales and marketing initiatives by creating content and managing various marketing channels
  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Preparing monthly sales reports and providing regular updates on sales progress

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • Strong understanding of electronics design processes
  • Previous experience working with hardware and software
  • Experience in the consulting world
  • Excellent B2B sales skills and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to follow a marketing strategy
  • Great presentation skills, confident and personable

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about quality software engineering and can promote and sell the company's product design and engineering services. This is a team player, keen learner who can take initiative and someone who loves what they do.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a successful business.
