Estimated Salary: AU$100,000 - AU$120,000 per year

This role requires a skilled Bid Manager to join our national team and contribute to the success of our tendering process. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in producing high-quality submissions under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage major tenders to deliver high-quality submissions on time;
  • Collaborate with the Bid Leader/Project Director to manage bid programs and resources;
  • Support governance requirements and work with the Head of Proposals to plan resource needs;
  • Drive content development and review processes for accuracy and completeness;
About You:

We're looking for an exceptional candidate with:

  • Excellent writing, communication, and review skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors;
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Construction, or Engineering;
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments;
  • Interest in working on case studies, CVs, and other collateral between major bids;
