We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Recruitment team in Melbourne (Richmond) in an Account Management capacity to work with one of our key, global clients.

The role involves day-to-day management of this account, ensuring exceptional customer service to achieve positive revenue growth through excellent recruitment delivery. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the organisation, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Deliver recruitment solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Analyse customer relationships and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the client to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the 2XM leadership team to report on successes, challenges, and support required to achieve client objectives
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of previous recruitment experience with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions
  • Experience working with recruitment software and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
