**The Opportunity**:
First Page requires an experienced Digital Account Manager who loves project managing SEO & SEM campaigns. You will be joining a specialised performance agency that currently employs some of the best marketing minds globally. The collaboration and knowledge sharing between our talented global team is beyond exceptional.

Pay Rate: $50,000- $80,000

**What you'll be doing**:

- Be the primary point of contact for your clients whilst building very strong relationships.
- Understand clients’ needs and define clients’ campaign goals.
- Develop and plan media strategies for your clients.
- Assist and collaborate with our in-house execution teams to implement media strategies for your clients.
- Prepare and present reports on your clients’ campaigns progress.
- Assist and teach junior team members
- Share knowledge with your colleagues
- Self-learn and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Update all internal and external communication regarding project management of campaigns via our CRM (SENTR)
- Ensure that you are Google certified for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, + elective). If not, we will assist.
- Ensure that you are Facebook Blueprint Certified. We will assist you.
- Consistent retention and growth of your portfolio value
- Provide feedback and ideas that may help improve our processes. We’re all ears
- Most importantly, have some fun

**What we need**:

- Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
- Minimum 2 years of digital agency account management experience.
- A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
- Speed and able to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.
- Great client-facing skills.
