Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Office Coordinator to join our head office team and report to the Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including franking and delivery
  • Organize travel arrangements and associated requirements
  • Collect and dispatch couriers as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Management Team

Requirements

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in general administration or customer service. You must also be a good team player with a high level of personal organization, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
