Senior Care Coordinator

The role of a Senior Care Coordinator is to provide administrative support to our care team, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our participants.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is looking to make a difference in the lives of others. As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and finalizing rosters for staff, assisting with screening applicants' resumes and onboard new staff, and liaising daily with staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize staff rosters
  • Assist with applicant screening and onboarding
  • Liaise with staff and clients on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with the care team and accounts team to ensure seamless client service
  • Manage employee files and document all interactions
Requirements:
  • Police Check
  • Relevant experience in rostering and office administration or HR preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with patience and commitment
  • High computer literacy with experience using information management systems
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
