Description:

  • Document care provided, maintaining accurate records of services rendered and updates on senior's health status.
  • Maintain a safe living environment through safety practices, ensuring the well-being of seniors at all times.
  • Promote healthy lifestyle choices, educating seniors on the importance of self-care, physical activity, and cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with seniors, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as gerontology, nursing, or social work.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with eldercare software and technology.
