We are seeking a motivated and goal-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a key player in driving membership growth, you will inspire thousands of people to embark on their fitness journey towards becoming more active, fulfilled, and confident versions of themselves.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with diverse individuals from all walks of life. Your key responsibilities include:
- Sales Promotion and Outreach
- Generating high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating personalized member journeys, and opening/closing clubs as per the roster. A successful outcome in this role requires a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a drive to continuously excel in your performance.
We offer a competitive remuneration package including an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 base salary per annum, plus superannuation and commission incentives. In addition, you will enjoy benefits such as a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership, anniversary leave days, and recognition for service awards.
