People & Culture Coordinator - 12 Month Parental Leave Role

Baby Bunting is a leading Australian retailer specializing in baby products. Our company values family and has grown from a small store in Balwyn to become the largest and most beloved baby retailer in the country.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a 12-month parental leave role. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team, gaining exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, triage, and direct to the appropriate person.
- Administrative Support: Monitor, triage, and action the People & Culture inbox.
- Leave Management: Manage Baby Bunting's Paid Parental Leave process and casual conversion process.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity across our HRIS (IntelliHR).
- Performance Management: Support annual performance and remuneration review responsibilities.
- Contract Management: Review and administer employee contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Reporting: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly HR Metrics reporting.
- Project Support: Assist in various People & Culture projects and organizational culture initiatives.
- Policy Administration: Maintain an understanding and awareness of Baby Bunting Awards, Industrial instruments, and Fair Work Australia legislation.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes and systems.
