Your New Role

We're seeking a hands-on leader to join our team as our Head of People and Culture. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring our people thrive as the business continues to grow globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative HR programs to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to create and implement career development and performance management programs.
  • Oversee recruitment and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Lead workforce planning to meet short and long-term business needs.
  • Provide expert advice on people matters and compliance with policies.
  • Implement and manage performance and development programs.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure effective employee lifecycle management.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies across ANZ, UK, and USA markets.
  • Experience within a fast-growing company is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Excellent project and change management skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex industrial relations environments.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and hands-on approach.
