We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Implementation Manager to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a key member of our Group Life and Retirement business unit, you will be responsible for driving forward projects related to the establishment, planning, coordination, and successful delivery of group insurance tenders, large rerates, and implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Work closely with the New Partnerships Lead to assess and break down the requirements and deliverables to maximise our chances of tender success.
- Bid Governance: Co-ordinate all aspects of the bid governance requirements.
- Management Papers: Assist in the preparation of management papers to be executed and signed off by the Executive Team/Board.
- Market Insights: Conduct internal and external bid reviews to obtain market insights and improve internal processes.
- Tender Response: Engage with Bid Team and Senior Executives to coordinate and deliver a high-quality tender response.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and escalate as required, working to timeline mandates in the tender process.
- Operational Initiatives: Develop and implement operational initiatives to bring continuous improvement to the process and the quality of our tender productions.
- Implementation Coordination: Work closely with the Key Account Team to assess and break down the implementation requirements for new clients or the delivery of new product/process initiatives to existing clients.
- Implementation Governance: Co-ordinate the initiation implementation workshop, ongoing engagement routines, and governance requirements.
- Implementation Checklist: Own and update the implementation checklist and progress.
- Implementation Library: Own and update the library of pre-existing implementation material.
- APRA Compliance: Adhere to APRA compliance reporting.
- Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Industry Experience: Experience working within Life Insurance or Superannuation.
- Project Management: Project management experience.
- Relationship Development: Ability to develop and manage relationships with other stakeholders including Senior Executives.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to co-ordinate and manage stakeholders to deliver their business requirements on time, and at a high-standard.
- Process Management: Ability to manage process with a project governance style of approach.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Relationship Management: Good relationship development, management, and negotiation skills.
