About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid & Proposal Manager to join our team at Nuix. As a key member of our Bid and Proposal Management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with sales leadership, salespersons, and internal customers across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships with and within the Nuix Bid and Proposal Management team and with sales leadership, salespersons, Solutions Consulting, Product, Support, CISO, Legal, Executive and internal customers across all regions.
  • Manage, assess and continuously improve the Nuix Bid and Proposal Management processes including (but not limited to): Bid and Proposal Qualification, Strategy and Win Theme development, Bid/ No Bid decisions and approvals and risk assessment and pricing impacts/ implications.
  • Establish and manage the standards for Bid and Proposal documents and collateral aligned with the latest Nuix Brand Guidelines, including creation, updating and use of Bid and proposal templates and Nuix Brand, setting and maintaining guidelines and compliance for version control/ version management.
  • Assign, coordinate and manage the Bid and Proposal workload across the team, factoring in location, language and capacity.
  • Ensure all Nuix Bid and Proposal submissions are accurate, consistently delivered in accordance with defined standards and result in a well-presented offering to our customers.
  • Apply ongoing process improvement activities to ensure continued excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as Bid Manager, Proposals Manager and/or Capture Manager, ideally within a technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experienced in managing change and working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent content writing and editing skills with quality focus on both content and presentation.
  • Highly developed skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience with Bid and Proposal Management software, specifically Responsive (RFPIO) or similar.
  • Prior knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Salesforce, Adobe Photoshop is desirable.
  • Experience with large scale government tenders would be advantageous.
