Job Title: Bid Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bid Manager to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the resources and work required to complete submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal and external teams to gather technical data and insights required for tender submission.
• Develop tailored written content specifically for each individual bid to ensure it meets the brief.
• Utilize advanced InDesign skills to produce high-quality, visually engaging presentations that align with our brand standards.
• Meticulously manage the bid process to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to proofread content with high attention to detail.
• Experience in high-paced environments across building construction or property.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized, diligent, and reliable.
• Ability to manage and meet multiple non-negotiable deadlines.
