Event Coordinator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and approvals to ensure timely payments and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of event strategies, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Produce post-event reporting and ROI analysis, providing actionable insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results in high-growth, high-performance settings.
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in concept development, planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the business.
  • Experience delivering large-scale events (500+) and international events.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
