**Position Overview**:
Are you ready for a role that combines hands-on work with adventure? As a _Warehouse Assistant and Delivery Driver_ at Big Event Hire, no two days will be the same. You'll be organizing our warehouse, loading up trucks, and delivering top-notch event setups across Melbourne and beyond. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience, if you bring a great attitude and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect role for you

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Warehouse Action**:

- Organize, pack, and prepare our outdoor furniture and event gear for exciting events.
- Keep the warehouse organized, check inventory, and ensure every item is in top shape.
- Work with a supportive team to load and secure deliveries for safe transport.
- **On-the-Road Adventures**:

- Deliver and set up at event sites across Melbourne and, at times, interstate for major events.
- Drive along planned routes to ensure smooth, efficient delivery, and provide friendly service to clients on-site.
- Help bring events to life, enjoying the energy and variety of each unique setup.
- **Safety and Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine checks on vehicles and equipment to maintain high safety standards.
- Report any maintenance needs or issues—safety comes first

- **Reliable Driver**: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- **Flexible Availability**: Must be available for flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidays, especially during peak event seasons.

- **Physical Stamina**: Comfortable with lifting and moving heavy items—events can be a workout
- **Great Time Management**: Organized, with a knack for solving problems on the go.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
