About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to support our Tournament Services team.

This is a fixed-term contract from November 2025 to February 2026, requiring full-time availability during the summer months.

As this is a seasonal role, flexibility and adaptability are essential for success.

About You
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Rosterfy, Microsoft Office, databases, and other web-based applications.
  • Bring strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail and experience working within established systems.
  • Possess a solid understanding of transport requirements at major events.
  • Show outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage across diverse backgrounds, and remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support tournament administration and planning for AO26.
  • Manage team rosters, including updates, replacements, and fatigue management to minimize overtime.
  • Prepare and implement a shift swap procedure.
  • Attend monthly meetings with supervisors and provide feedback.
