Event Experience Coordinator

About the role:

Organizing successful workplace events is a key responsibility of this position. You will play a crucial part in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement through creative event planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of Workplace events to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, employees, and visitors by providing prompt assistance and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of the workspace environment and develop innovative solutions to improve the overall experience.
  • Utilize and maintain data integrity across databases and support entry of required reports and digital tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Experience team on tasks such as expense management, meeting coordination, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in events operations, visitor experience, front desk, concierge or customer service roles.
  • Victoria RSA certification.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence documents.
  • Comfortable interacting and engaging with new people in a professional setting.
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of urgency in resolving complex issues.
