About This Role

As a Village Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our village are effectively managed and the lifestyle and hospitality needs of all residents are met.

This role is ideal for individuals who have completed a tertiary qualification in Business Administration and have knowledge of the Retirement Living industry. Hospitality experience would also be highly regarded, as would experience in a sales role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of key services including care, catering, cleaning, gardening, and maintenance
  • Management of the apartment sales/resale process
  • Supervision of Village maintenance requirements including liaison with external contractors

About You: To be successful in this role, you will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
