Community Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our newest over 50's lifestyle community, in Diggers Rest.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to residents' feedback, suggestions, complaints, and issues, escalating as required.
  • Maintain accurate and current records, documentation, and information systems for the community.
  • Engage contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality community facilities.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration, customer service, and attention to detail skills.
  • Friendly nature, approachable manner, and willingness to jump in and get work done.
  • Previous experience managing a lifestyle community, retirement village, or leisure park highly regarded.
  • Current valid driver's license required.
