About the role

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Management Couple to join our community at Brookfield. As a full-time live-in role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our thriving community. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our valued Homeowners.

What you'll be doing together

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns
  • Collaborating with the wider Lifestyle Communities experience team to implement strategies that enhance the homeowner experience
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the community, ensuring all amenities and services are provided to a high standard
  • Organising and facilitating social activities and events to foster a vibrant community atmosphere
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on the community's performance
  • Ensuring the community adheres to all relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations

What we're looking for

  • A couple with proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality, tourism, or independent living industry
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our homeowners
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults and a commitment to promoting an active, inclusive community
