RequirementsNative-level business English skills for communication with English-speaking membersExcellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; calm and professional under pressureAble to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlinesDetail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high customer service standardsStrong administration and organizational skillsExperience in luxury service, hospitality, travel, dining, or ticketing is a plusRemote role in Australia; 40-hour week with day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidaysThis is a remote role based in Melbourne.
The position is full-time, working 38 hours per week, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, starting from 8:00 am or 9:00 am.BenefitsOur people are at the heart of the business and we have a culture of recognition and reward.
