Job Title: Community Manager

This is a dynamic opportunity to build a community from the ground up and be the face of our newest over 50's lifestyle community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring seamless interactions with residents, contractors, and service providers.
  • Be the primary point of contact for resident feedback, suggestions, complaints, and issues, escalating as required to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain current and accurate records, documentation, and information systems for the community.
  • Engage contractors/service providers in line with company procedures to ensure high-quality community facilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven administration, customer service, and attention to detail skills.
  • A friendly nature, approachable manner, and willingness to jump in and get the work done.
  • Previous experience managing a lifestyle community, retirement village, or leisure park is highly regarded.
  • A current valid 'class c' driver's license is required.
