Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver top-notch operations management and customer service in an over-50's lifestyle community.

The successful candidate will be based at our northeast of Melbourne CBD location and will work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of active and passive activities, including inductions, community events, wellness programs, and functions.
  • Manage Homeowners' queries and complaints promptly and professionally, adhering to internal escalation procedures where required.
  • Monitor financial performance competently and seek opportunities to improve the Homeowners' experience and/or profitability.
  • Contribute to Stockland's risk-aware culture and performance by participating in operational risk training and adhering to relevant compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • Ensure compliance and participation across company and industry-wide audits.

About You:

  • A commercially-minded individual with a strong understanding of how budgets work.
  • Proven experience in similar roles managing customer experience and property.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and maturity to deal with sensitive and confidential items.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including use of MS Office Suite.
