Position Overview:

In collaboration with the Sales Director and the Sales Team, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and providing essential support:

  • Review contracts to confirm all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date
  • Understand permissible modifications to contracts
  • Facilitate sales from initial agreement to final settlement, including managing rescission notifications
  • Communicate with solicitors and conveyancers, including confirming settlement dates and arrangements
  • Engage with vendors and buyers
  • Receive and process sales instructions
  • Verify sales transactions and customer details
  • Coordinate Saturday auctions and prepare open house materials
  • Maintain data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic document management
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and standards set by NSW Fair Trading

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably some experience in an administrative role within the real estate sector
  • Possession of a current Certificate of Registration
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Capability to manage competing deadlines and processes
  • Familiarity with the real estate sales process
