Job Summary:

The Position

Roche Diagnostics Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Applications Specialist to join our Service & Support Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to internal and external customers, as well as proactively addressing technical issues and providing training and installation services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Roche Automated Analytical Systems
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Install and commission new and refurbished Roche Diagnostics analytical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or Laboratory Science
  • 3+ years of experience in Core Laboratory Diagnostics and Clinical Chemistry
  • Extensive market knowledge and experience with Roche Automated Analytical Systems
  • Excellent communication, sales, and cooperation skills
  • Entrepreneurial flair, curiosity, resilience, and tenacity
  • Ability to influence both internally and externally
  • High computer literacy and technical ability
  • A valid driver's license
