Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service?

I am working closely with my client based in Seventeen Mile Rocks, who are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction within their sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:Build strong relationships with Clients, managing orders and enquiries.
- **Preparing Quotes and Sales Orders**: You'll be responsible for accurately preparing quotes and sales orders for our valued customers.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our office team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office organization.
- **Event Participation**: Occasionally participate in trade shows and conventions to represent the company and promote products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales support or customer service environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in corporate branding and apparel highly regarded.
