- Design, develop, and deliver engaging facilitated workshops, including action mapping, instructional design, and capability building.
- Support the development and delivery of robust data and evaluation methodology to measure learning solution impact.
- Actively partner with external vendors to co-design and deliver learning experiences.
- Liaise with clients using expertise to anticipate their needs and develop policies, procedures, systems, and recommendations for management decisions.
- Proactively respond to client feedback and satisfaction, taking responsibility to make corrections or propose solutions within a timely manner.
