About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in adult instructional theory and best practices to design and develop engaging eLearning modules and courses.


  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new instructional modules and courses, as well as redevelop existing ones to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Implement modern learning technologies to enhance the course creation process and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:


  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher, combined with at least five years of experience in course authoring modalities, including video, HTML5, Camtasia, SCOs such as Articulate, and others.
  • A minimum of five years designing and developing eLearning content.
