Embark on a challenging and dynamic role as a Learning Design Consultant. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about shaping the future of workforce development.

You will be responsible for designing high-quality learning products and services that support and enhance Suncorp's strategic goals. Working closely with stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners, you will develop and maintain impactful learning solutions that build capability across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing learning solutions using agreed methodologies, approaches, tools, and resources.
  • Preparing detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategies, organisation of proposed content, and final materials.
  • Providing expert advice on best practices to elevate learning quality and drive continuous improvement in workforce development.
  • Researching best-practice learning solutions and methodologies to maintain knowledge of learning trends.
  • Reviewing learning solutions created by colleagues and vendors/partners to ensure quality products align with Suncorp requirements.
  • Managing project plans, including milestones, resources, risks, impacts, issues, and mitigants.
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders, vendors/partners, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)
  • Tertiary Qualification in Adult learning/Education/HR Related discipline (desired)
  • Minimum 2 years of Learning and Development experience
  • Instructional Design of blended learning solutions and design methodologies (desired)
  • LMS knowledge (desired)
  • Vendor management (desired)
  • Project Management (desired)
  • Experience with eLearning development tools such as Lectora, Captivate (desired)
