Learning and Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Customer Relations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging learning solutions using adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Develop interactive eLearns that upskill our people in complaints handling.
  • Deliver a range of Customer Relations programs from induction to upskilling and career development programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Allianz, external regulatory bodies, and global partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of general insurance or finance is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of Learning & Development, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment managing risks, project deliverables, stakeholder challenges, and meeting deadlines.
