About the Opportunity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Training Experience Designer, focusing on creating effective learning experiences
  • Strong proficiency in systems, including CRM platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software
  • Demonstrated experience in developing system and role-based training programs
  • Experience in designing learning programs aligned with project objectives
