About the Position
As a Learning and Capability Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering tailored learning solutions that address critical challenges. You will collaborate with teams to identify skill gaps, recommend strategic initiatives, and position the organization as a thought leader in capability development.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to uncover learning needs and recommend solutions from the organization's portfolio that drive measurable impact.
- Lead strategic initiatives by conducting analyses, identifying gaps, and aligning learning strategies with client goals.
- Delve into workforce capability, future skills, and learning trends, becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of learning solutions with client expectations.
- Nurture strong relationships, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand the organization's presence in key markets.
- Pursue new business opportunities and position the organization as a leader in workplace learning and capability development.
