Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to craft compelling content for bids, tenders, proposals, and presentations.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the firm's success and gain exposure to high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft persuasive content for bids and proposals.
  • Develop case studies, CVs, project profiles, and capability statements to showcase expertise.
  • Coordinate fee proposal production to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Support research on clients and competitors to give proposals a competitive edge.
  • Assist with publications and marketing collateral to boost brand visibility.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in bidding, marketing, communications, or professional services.
  • Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills to create engaging content.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A proactive team-player attitude with excellent stakeholder skills.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office skills.
