**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Governance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing end-to-end risk support across the organization, ensuring that all products and services are suitable, fair, and transparent.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure consistency, security, and reliability of service;
  • Make processes easy for customers to invest with us;
  • Provide proactive and relevant support for customers with their investment needs;
  • Ensure sustainable compliance and regulatory obligations are met and that we have an enhanced control environment to ensure we operate within our risk appetite.

**Requirements:**

  • Risk Mindset - A proactive approach to identifying and understanding current and future risks;
  • Pro-active self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail and developing communication and influencing skills;
  • Experience in financial services industry with understanding of regulatory landscape and awareness of operational risk management framework and principles;
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives at once;
  • Proven ability to achieve results with a track record of performance; and
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
