AusHealth is seeking a dedicated and motivated Senior Client Relationship Manager to oversee the daily running of our Brisbane office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the principal contact at the relevant level of decision-making authority for each client in Brisbane.
  • Work with clients to enhance their systems of work and processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of patient billing coordinators and team members.
  • Organize and monitor hospital visits.
  • Maintain individual and team performance and development.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, including Debt Collection Guidelines, Privacy Laws, and Australian Consumer Law.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
