As we continue to grow, we now have an opportunity for a new Client Relationship Manager. This unique role will give you the opportunity to work out of our Brisbane Office – building Client relationships, and providing a single point of contact across the full range of our hard technical services. These technical services currently cover HVAC, Fire, Electrical, Plumbing, Auditing, Sustainability, Analytics/BMS and Managed Service Agreements – but as Grosvenor grows – so will you

What will you be doing?
  • Cross selling Grosvenor Core Service and Support services
  • Upsell Grosvenor Office of Research and Technology products or services, including AI, Cyber, Data Analysis and Monitoring.
  • Engage in strategic meetings to enable sales and support of Grosvenor core and support services.
  • Retain and build on existing CRM managed accounts, and increase gross profitability.
  • Work with a dedicated team to provide the best services possible to our clients.
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Relevant trade or business related qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Client Relationship role, or sales within the Building/Hard Technical Services Industry
  • Confidence across a range of software and computer systems.
  • Possesses strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, outstanding needs analysis skills and can operate within a team or autonomously.
  • Is a polished communicator with excellent negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills.
