At Gallagher, we're seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with recent work experience in customer service and strong administration skills.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who can provide high-quality customer service by actively listening, showing empathy, and recognising the needs of workers and employers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing determinations of low-risk claims, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and providing education to stakeholders on the Return to Work process and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claim lodgement, verify information, and determine low-risk claims
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for determinations and payments
- Educate stakeholders on RTW process and legislative requirements
- Provide proactive claims management support for internal stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Recent work experience in a customer service-based role
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
