Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve business goals.

Making strategic decisions that impact overall performance, including achieving agreed targets/KPIs, financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.

Managing day-to-day operations where you are responsible for quarry development, environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules.

Focused on continuing our approach to rehabilitation and maintaining a reputation within the industry as a responsible partner within the community.

About You
  • You have a safety mindset with a total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of Quarry Management experience in a hard rock quarry.
  • Must hold relevant qualifications/notice to meet current requirements under the Mining & Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999 (or able to obtain one by meeting the criteria).
  • Diploma in Extractive Industries or relevant tertiary qualifications (Mining, Geology, Engineering, Construction, or similar) and a Shot Firers ticket are desirable.
  • An ability to support continuous improvement across the Supply Chain process to establish good performance through insight and innovative planning.
  • A strong Leadership mentality with a demonstrated track record in delivering transformational change within a complex business environment.
  • The capability to deliver exceptional negotiation and influencing skills when interacting with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Are a team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure.
  • Have a positive presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a high level of resilience and adaptability to changing situations.
