Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Use our Point of Sale system for accurate order management.
  • Food and Beverage Matching: Offer food and beverage matching recommendations to guests.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare a range of drinks, including basic cocktails.
  • Dietary Requirements: Check for dietary requirements and special requests.
  • Billing: Present bills to customers with a smile.
  • Section Readiness: Ensure your section is ready for service, every time.
  • Order Relay: Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar, guaranteeing timely delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service.

  • A background in high-volume, quality hospitality businesses.
  • An engaging personal presence, outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • An energetic, charismatic, and engaging personality.
  • A high standard of grooming.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and late nights.
  • A positive and collaborative team player.
  • The ability to assist with guest requests and requirements.
  • A valid RSA certification.
