Guest Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Professional to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a Guest Service Professional, your primary objective will be to create an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that exceeds our guests' expectations. You will achieve this by being proactive, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for their stay
  • Check in and check out guests efficiently and effectively, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
  • Modify and adjust guest bookings as required, taking into account any special requests or needs
  • Promote hotel services and facilities to guests, highlighting the unique benefits and value proposition of our hotel
  • Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their interests and preferences
  • Support the Front Office management team in ensuring seamless hotel operations and exceeding guest expectations
