Front Office Representative

The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group has a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join their Front Office team as a Guest Service Agent. This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay. The successful candidate will maintain accurate guest accounts, handle all calls professionally and ensure strict security procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
  • Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy.
  • Handle all calls promptly and professionally, greeting all callers according to policy.
