Guest Service Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to all guests and visitors. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and areas, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and service guest rooms and areas with attention to detail.
  • Ensure all guest privacy and security protocols are followed.
  • Manage master keys and sign in/out throughout each shift.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or escalate issues as needed.
  • Store cleaning products safely according to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Hold unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Have a minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Be proficient in using computer tablets and mobile phones for housekeeping tasks.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
