Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator
The Role: As a key member of the reservations team, you will be responsible for shaping the guest journey from the moment they contact us. You will lead a passionate team to deliver seamless booking experiences, maximise revenue and ensure every guest's stay is memorable.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the reservations team to deliver exceptional service and accurate bookings across all channels.
• Manage room inventory, rate strategies and distribution systems to optimise occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office and Revenue teams to align strategies and drive performance.
• Monitor and respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold luxury standards and high service principles.
• Analyse booking trends, prepare reports and contribute to forecasting and budgeting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office leadership.
* Strong understanding of revenue management, distribution systems and booking platforms.
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for guest service and commitment to luxury standards.
* Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
